this month is such a special one...

Sara and Blake's birthdays are very close together, so the past few years we have celebrated them together, which is great, however it usually ends up meaning that Sara has 3 different parties, 2 family parties and 1 friends. I all to often don't take pictures of everything, however here are a few that we did take!

I meant to take pictures of everyone there and all I got was Heather and Scott. Jared and Sarah were there along with my Mom and Dad. Oh and don't forget we had it at Alli and Chris' house so they were there too. We missed you Stac.

Sara's cake, we did cupcakes with the friends and with my side of the family. This one I made for the Wirth side celebration.

We went bowling for Sara's Birthday with the Wirths as well. I also didn't take pictures of everyone there, it seems as though I am a bit selfish these days, only taking pictures of my kids.

Everyone was there though for the bowling, Laura, Blaine, Jake, Jenni, Lucas, Michael, Tiffany, and Christian. Our kids had a blast.

Sara's 1st cake, I made this along with cupcakes for her friends to decorate. She decorated it herself.

After last years friend birthday party, I felt as though i had spent our life savings (not really) on her party with the activities and gift bag. I had decided (thanks to a friend) this year, that I would only do a friends birthday party every other year, however Sara has a play group every thursday, and it just happen to be our turn to have it at our house the week of her birthday, so i decided to just have a small celebration with those girls. And it didn't break the bank luckily! Here are the cute things! We are lucky to live by families that have girls Sara's age.

All in all it was a successful month, tiring, but fun!

my favorite little girl in the world!!!

Happy Birthday to my sweet Sara!! Today Sara turns six!! I think whenever she has a birthday, because she is my first, I realize that I am a mom and sometimes that overwhelms me a bit! I can't believe how lucky I am though to have gotten her as a child. Most of you know that she is....how do I put this....a bit head strong, but she is the most wonderful little thing ever!! I love her so much!!! I can't imagine life without her! (and don't worry i am bawling like a baby writing this!)

Some of her favorites are:

Color: Pink (and every other color!)

Hobby: Drawing and craft making.

Food: I'm not sure she even eats let alone has a favorite food! No, I think it would be breakfast foods, pretty much any breakfast food.

Book: Fancy Nancy and Pinkalicious

Place: I think it's a tie between Bear Lake and Seattle.

Movie: The newest Barbie movie that ever comes out.

Toy: her camera

I thought I would add more pictures of her that show her fun personality, she really is such a joy to us, and we LOVE her soooo much!
